Due to continual growth, we are looking for a HR Generalist to join our UK team to work closely with the Leadership team and wider business to drive and enhance people practices, providing ad hoc support wherever it is needed and contributing to group initiatives.

We hire for attitude and approach, in line with our core values of #HighEnergy, #SmartPeople, and #OneTeam, but would ideally like to see demonstrable background in a HR function with administrative experience, across the key HR functions (recruitment and selection, onboarding, payroll, employee relations, policy implementation, etc). You must also have comprehensive knowledge of UK Employment Law and Employee Relations, and have a high level of empathy, integrity, and confidentiality in all that you do.
We do expect you to have a University degree in Business Administration, HR or related subject. If you have studied, or are currently studying towards a CIPD qualification, that would be a bonus.
